Hey everybody. Wade Galt here. Hope you are doing awesome. Today is day four of the three day weekend four day challenge. Today our focus is on purpose helping you get clear about how you can infuse produce more purposeful work, the work that you believe you're here to do while you're on this planet into your day to day.

Now this might be work that you either do or don't make a lot of money at yet, but we want to do is start helping you see how it's possible to start including this in what you do so that your work is not just helping other people, but it's aligned with what you believe you're here to do, the impact you're looking to make, the way you're looking to serve, and that ultimately that becomes part of how you make a living and what you do. It's possible for you to make an impact and an income with your work. And if you're able to do this at the same time, it really increases the sense of purpose you feel and the work you do and allows you to even more go out of your way to help people to serve them and really align your gifts with how you help them create the results that you deliver for them. I'd like to walk you through an exercise to help you envision what it could be like to really align these to your impact in your income. If you'd like, close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and a deep breath out and open your mind to receiving the answers that pop up for you.

For these questions, imagine you're at an award ceremony where you are receiving a Lifetime Achievement award for the work you've done in your field. Your family and friends are there, your colleagues are there, and everybody's really there just to celebrate how you've given who you are and what you've done.

What are you receiving your Lifetime Achievement award for?

What sort of work is it? How have you helped people?

And after you receive your award, your clients and your students are coming up to you and they're thanking you for the impact you've had in your life. What specifically are they thanking you for?

And soon after, the spouses and partners of your clients and your students, they're thanking you. What are they thanking you for? How did your work end up impacting them and their lives?

And right after they speak with you, your clients and your students children are coming up to you and they're thanking you. What are they thanking you for? And how did your work impact their lives?

As you think back about what you heard from all the different people who are thanking you, what part or parts of your work made the biggest impact on your clients and their families?

What are your clients and students telling you about how you showed up for them and how you delivered for them?

What are your clients and students telling you about how you marketed your work?

Do they think you could have maybe marketed more? Do they think you could have spread the word more? Were they encouraging you to reach more people?

What are your clients and students telling you about how you charged for your work? Were you ? Was it well worth it?

How happy are your clients that they invested in you?

And so what I encourage you to do with this is take this information and there's a worksheet that you can download to write down your answers to this and you can relisten to this and then identify in those ideas that you wrote down what would be the first high impact project that you'd like to start working on and I'm going to suggest you start investing 1 hour per week in this new high impact project and the reason why 1 hour is because this might be something that takes a while to develop. It might take a while for you to think through it. What I want you to be able to do is to know that you can afford to invest at least 1 hour a week Doing your absolute highest purpose work without worrying about whether or not you're getting paid for it. Knowing that in the other 39 hours or 31 hours or however many hours a week you work that your bills are getting paid but you can start moving in this direction and start looking at how you can get paid for that to help people as well.
