Focus and Delegation

Great content, great feel!
Wade shares great, practical wisdom on working a 4 day workweek (which is a genius concept, btw.) I love how he covers all aspects - even the parenting angle. And I love the “island vibe.” Great work, Wade!

The Teacher and the Executive
It’s amazing how we force ourselves, sometimes to make things happen in our lives. The Teacher and the Executive story is a great example. Both had the desire to live at the beach, but the teacher was the one who made it happen. It seems backwards, but it’s not. The teacher knew what he wanted and he simplified getting to it. The executive, on the other hand, tried to force his work to make it happen. Just a simple mind shift, and the teacher made it happen. Great story and podcast!
